I'm still shocked that my thoughts and fantasies were at such a dominating level in my life — for all my life — and that I believed it was 'normal' for most guys. This Ah-Ha requires a re-wiring of my synapses, and it's tough, but I'm already seeing and living the difference. I'm becoming aware that sex should be, and is meant to be, an expression of love; it is not easy for me to admit that I'm beginning to realize that my view of "love" has been an expression of my desire for sex. That's just messed up. It's manipulative and hurtful.
