Of words and advice, there is no end*. Every addict has tips for recovery, and every program follower wants to pay it forward, as long as it doesn't interfere with his or her own way. But as hard as recovery can be for me, it really isn't much more complicated than trying to get through every day without acting out and taking time every day to work some part of the program that has contributed to recovery progress.
It is so simple, and it has to be easy to think it isn't making a change in life, but if I do not do it, it all gets hard again. It's that simple.
Except when it isn't...
